By accessing our website, booking our services, or entering our premises,
you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
1. Nature of Services
- [The Nature Breeze] operates as an Agro-Tourism Farmhouse, offering:
- Farm stays & day visits
- Wedding functions and social events
- Corporate parties, retreats, and team outings
- Recreational and farm-based activities
- All services are subject to availability, seasonal conditions, and regulatory permissions.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment.
- Booking confirmation is valid only after receipt of payment and written confirmation from management.
- Tariffs may vary based on season, event size, weekends, public holidays, and
government-imposed restrictions.
- Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the stay or event
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellation & Force Majeure
- Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
- In case of Force Majeure (natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics,
strikes, or unforeseen circumstances), management shall not be liable for
cancellation or delays. Refunds, if any, will be at management discretion.
4. Check-in, Check-out & Event Timings
- Check-in & check-out times are strictly enforced.
- Event timings must adhere to local police permissions, municipal rules, and noise
regulations.
- Late checkout,extended events,or additional hours will incur extra charges.
5.Guest Conduct & Responsibilities
- All guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID as per Indian law.
- Guests must comply with local laws, tourism regulations, and farmhouse rules.
- Any damage to property, farm equipment, landscaping, furniture, or amenities shall
be recovered from the guest/event organizer
- Littering, destruction of crops, or harm to animals is strictly prohibited.
6.Events, Weddings & Corporate Functions
- Event organizers are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses, permissions, and
NOCs, unless explicitly agreed otherwise
- Outside vendors (decorators, caterers, DJs) are allowed only with prior approval.
- Guest count must not exceed the agreed limit. Overcrowding may lead to immediate
cancellation of the event.
7.Safety, Risk & Liability Disclaimer
- Guests acknowledge that agro-tourism activities involve natural surroundings,
uneven terrain, farm animals, water bodies, and outdoor elements.
- Use of swimming pools, adventure activities, farm equipment, and open areas is
entirely at the guest’s own risk.
- Management shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, loss of valuables, or
unforeseen incidents.
8.Children & Elderly Guests
- Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times
- The farmhouse shall not be responsible for injuries due to negligence or lack of supervision
9.Right to Admission & Termination
- Management reserves the right to:
- Refuse entry or terminate a booking
- Evict guests for misconduct, illegal activity, intoxication, or violation of rules
- Do so without refund in serious cases
